Juiciest Hamburger
No more dry, lackluster burgers. These are juicy, and spices can be easily added or changed to suit anyone's taste.
Ingredients
- 12 pounds ground beef
- 4 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
- 6 egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1/3 cup worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 12 cloves garlic, minced
Method
1. Preheat grill for high heat.2. In a large bowl or Mixture , mix the ground beef, egg, bread crumbs, evaporated milk, worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, and garlic. If you find the meat mixture too mushy, just add more bread crumbs until it forms patties that hold their shape. (50 Servings)
3. Lightly oil the grill grate. Grill patties 5 minutes per side, or until well done.
